Recipe Ingredients:
1 small ripe Hass avocado, peeled and stoned |
1 ripe banana, peeled and sliced |
10 fl. oz (300 ml) almond milk |
2 tsp maple syrup or honey |
Zest and juice of 1 lime |
Recipe Methods:
1 Place all the ingredients, apart from the lime zest, in a blender and process until smooth. |
2 Pour the mixture into two glasses, add a couple of ice cubes, sprinkle over the lime zest, and enjoy. |
